Bet types & in-play
Back and lay are the two sides of an exchange bet, and the bet types here build on them or sit beside them. This section sets out the main types before any market is discussed.
Singles come first, then accumulators, then the full-cover family, whose counts are fixed: Goliath 247, Heinz 57, Yankee 11, Trixie 4. Cash out, bet builders, Asian handicap, ante-post and in-play streaming come after.
Total cost of a full-cover bet is unit stake multiplied by bet count. Bookmakers in Great Britain offer in-play; cash out belongs to the operator’s product and is no statutory right.
